Overview

Access Brand Communications is currently looking for an Account Executive to join our growing office. The ideal candidate should have an interest in and solid media relations experience with technology media. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and be able to meet deadlines. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, media and account teams.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead media relations programs , including social media
  • Day-to-day client contact and interaction with key team members
  • Manage written materials including status reports, client correspondence
  • Assist with the management of event and tour logistics and production of collateral materials
  • Work with senior team members to develop strategic initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members on accounts

Qualifications

  • Passion for learning;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exposure to media relations, consumer/b2b tech industry media preferred;
  • 2 to 3 for years PR agency experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superior written/oral communications skills
  • Hands-on client interaction/service experience
  • Heavy media relations background, business and trade press contacts a plus
