Access Brand Communications is looking for a post-graduate Administrative & Human Resources intern to join our New York HR team. This intern will spend a majority of their time supporting the HR team and part time supporting the broader New York team with light, ad-hoc office and team support responsibilities.
We're looking for someone with an interest in HR, recruiting and fostering a positive employee experience for our staff. The ideal candidate is proactive and willing to help with a variety of tasks to support our HR and NY team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their resume with a fast-paced agency office internship and work in a role with variety and impact.
This internship will start in January 2021, is 35 hours/week (5 days/week, 7-hour days), and is 3 months in length with the opportunity of extension up to 6 months and full-time opportunities.
Like the rest of our agency, this intern will work from home until we officially reopen our office. While the role will remain flexible to work from home once the office is reopened, this role will require some in-office days to support the office on-the-ground.
